Nollywood Actress, Cassandra Gabriel, is dead

Yet another Nollywood personality, Cassandra Gabriel, has died.
Gabriel was a prominent member of the cast of Face2Face, a popular soap on television.
She was known as Madam Carol in the primetime series produced by AK Media Concepts.
She was also the chief executive officer of Cazzini Entertainment.

She was said to have died on Saturday after battling breast cancer for over a year.
Cassandra hailed from Igueben in Igueben Local Government Area of Edo State and left behind a child.
One of her colleagues, Titi Osinowo, expressed shock at her death.
She said, “Honestly, it is a shocking and sad development because she was quite intelligent and talented. She ranked among the calibre of people who can actually take this industry to the next level with their talents. She will be missed greatly.”
Also speaking, the Chief Executive Officer of AK Media Concepts, Benson Akindeju, said, “I still find it difficult to believe that she is actually gone. Cassandra was one of the best behaved actresses that have worked on my set. And she was talented too. May her soul rest in peace.”
Other Nollywood personalities who have died in recent months include Sam Loco Efe, Ahmed Alasari, Geraldine Ekeocha, Taiwo Bello, James iroha (aka Giringory Akabogu), David Ihesie and Ashley Nwosu.
